First impression
When a fire enters a room, it can hardly be overlooked. It is someone who likes to attract attention by the way he acts, how he acts, how he communicates. When a fiery man comes in, he breaks the door, comes in the middle of the room with the attitude: "So here you are, now we can start." They often choose a place directly against or next to the lecturer or group leader. Fire is the most striking of the elements, it can be seen from a distance. It provides warmth and light to attract people. At the same time, it can fascinate. People often gather around the fire and only gaze gazingly at it. This is also the case with fiery people, others gather around them, often only accepting - they are enchanted and listened.
Nonverbal Communication
A fiery man also uses expressive gestures and body postures - typically, his arms folded behind his head and his leg. Fire people are very territorial - they really take up a lot of space in this position. Overall, they tend to be up, they are the first people to stand up at the table. They can not stand still for a long time, but at the same time they need to have the upper hand, dominant position, overview, control. Their restlessness and energy can be seen on the so-called flames, which make fingers on their hands or constantly teetering their feet. When they really can't stand the restlessness in the body, they get up and walk around the room. Their preparedness for action and the need to always be a little ahead is also manifested by having a hanging head. As a result, they have stiff neck and neck. It is right to speak of stubbornness. They have two typical body positions that alternate - from distance to action and back again.
Either they are bent forward, ready for action, looking as if they were to take off at any moment. The second position is when they keep their distance, perspective, they are not involved, but overall they have the situation under control. Their expression makes them uninterested, but inside they experience an intense temptation to intervene, express their opinion. At one point it will not last and will go to the starting position.
Intensity can also be recognized at the level of voice and speech. He speaks very loud. They are often heard behind the wall from the next office. Or when you walk past meeting rooms, it's often the people that hear them most. Sometimes you feel like telling them, "Please don't shout at me!" (Raise your voice!). Then he pauses and responds equally intensely that they do not shout, they just want to emphasize enough what he is talking about.
In relationships
Although they attract many people and have many admirers and followers around them, few people really admit fire to the body. Fire needs to be independent and evokes emotions in others; it rarely sinks into emotions.
Fire people are very rational types. They are a bit cut off from their emotions and staying in their heads. They may tend to compete in relationships with men. They often look for competitions where others do not perceive them. For example, when watching who first and fastest to start the green. At the same time, they do not like to lose. When they are at risk of losing, they quickly raise bets and call for another round of play.
At work
Fire most tends to the role of leader. He can create visions and ignite others for them.
Fire people are primarily visual types. When they interpret something to others, it is possible to see their eyes fixed up in front of them, as if they "read something". The visual perception is also related to the fact that they often have visions. They have clear ideas that can paint colorfully to others. The fiery people have the gift of “igniting” others for something, fueling interest in them, inspiring them, bringing their energy into others to stir them.
If we want to explain something to a fiery man, we have the best chance of capturing him with a drawing, a description of what the target state will look like.
They have a problem to praise. They themselves work to the maximum, so it goes without saying that they provide excellent performance. They have problems with workaholism, they like the feeling of indispensability.
Fiery people tend to work in which they can see, can excel and have power at the same time. That is why many politicians and officials can be found among them. They also tend to managerial work, especially when it comes to crisis management, for example, to make a change or to start something new. The attraction of change sometimes throws them into the role of rebels - many important figures and reformers in history were just fiery - Martin Luther King.
Food
Fire likes hot food. He needs distinctive tastes and feelings to feel alive. Often they are the people who salt and spice the food before they taste it, because they believe it will not be enough for them. Most of the time it wants to be done quickly. When they're in a pub, they're the ones who say, "Bring me the most expensive wine you have!"
Rest and sport
For fiery people it is unthinkable to just relax. The fiery people have the problem of slowing down, stopping. Their inner agitation drives them to constantly do something. When they are on vacation, they are calling to work for the third day if something serious is happening and reassuring their colleagues that they are on email.
In their free time, they often seek adrenaline sports. Because they have bad contact with their emotions, they need a strong experience to realize that they really live.
They also like sports in which they can win, and most of all those in which they are good. What they hate is sports, when they are evaluated by someone else or is based on aesthetic impression. On the contrary, they prefer sports, where you can objectively measure performance - sprints, jumps, hockey.
It is difficult for them to bear defeat and so they are often the ones who propose one more round of the game, one more attempt to prove their victory at the moment of losing. When they start doing some sport, they're probably racing. Overall, they are very competitive.
Because they cannot stop themselves, they stop by fire water - alcohol, which is a fast and effective means of slowing down, calming down. Alcohol in smaller quantities encourages fire in other people - people are livelier, more courageous, more at risk, aroused. In fiery people, alcohol can act as an accelerated relaxation, creating a risk of addiction. (The tendency towards addiction can also manifest itself in workaholism).
Diseases
The fiery people are typical representatives of the so-called personality type A - a person who feels that he is still unsuccessful, that he is under pressure, that he still has something important to do. These people need stress and sometimes create it themselves. This in turn leads to high blood pressure, heart attacks, circulatory system problems.
They do not pay much attention to their body (they usually do not perceive it much) and simply ignore or pass many less serious diseases. They do not want to be stopped, so they are stopped by a serious and long-term illness. They often get sick when they are on vacation. They ignore the exhaustion of the body, and when the body discovers that it can relax, it collapses.
Another way of stopping is an accident. Because of the popularity of adrenaline sports and the tendency to take risks, fiery people are more likely to have injuries such as fractures, dislocated joints, lacerations. At the same time, they believe that warming up before a game or match is a waste of time.
Dressing up
They don't mind the distinctive colors and striking garments that make it the center of attention. You will enjoy status accessories (distinctive watches, tie clips, T-shirt with advertising logo, etc.).
From the ancient temperaments of fire, a choleric is the answer - a man whose mood swings quickly is unpredictable.

cool. When it is under too much pressure for a long time, it simply disappears, evaporates. It is not a state of affairs, on the other hand it is excellent for relieving difficult and tense situations, on the other hand it is sometimes hard to get what we need and what they promised us.

The restaurant will no longer be interesting for them when they taste all the meals. They can very much enjoy the process of choosing food.

The lecturer, in parallel with the chat, creates a sample of a bar graph with marked percentiles in front of the participants on the flipchart. It is advisable that the results at least somewhat correspond to the previous pie chart.
In the report you can see two ways of measuring the representation of elements and two corresponding ways of expressing in the graph. The first number in the table expresses the percentile - ie. standardized comparison with population. This is specifically a comparison with the Czech population. For example, when it reaches 98% (percentile) in its fire rate, it means that you are more fiery than 98% of the sample to be compared. Percentile corresponds to a graphical representation in a bar graph. It is therefore an interindividual comparison.
The second number expresses the percentage of elements in your personality, ie. a certain proportion of how the elements are represented in you. Thus, the sum of the individual parts is 100%, as expressed in the pie chart. This is an intraindividual comparison.
Verbal comments are based on specific numerical values and the order of the elements. When you get acquainted with the text, try to perceive it as an inspiration for your development and choose for yourself which comments and characteristics fit you better and which are more distant from you.
Participants usually start reading graphs and verbal comments immediately. The trainer monitors the situation and provides individual support, answers questions, helps to understand the results. After this section breaks can be included, allowing more time for those who want to read the message right on the spot. It is advisable for the trainer to bypass all participants and make sure they know how to understand the results and how to work with the report.
